We are situated midway between the north and south coasts - the beautiful and wild north coast is only 20 min away and is a surfers paradise, the more tranquil south coast is also a 20 min drive away and is perfect for boating, kayaking and paddleboarding. Fishing is abundant everywhere. We are also adjacent to mining trails, lovely walks and the coast to coast cycle path where bikes can be hired. The property lies adjacent to our family home and is decorated in neutral tones in a contempory style. Outdoor space consists of seperate off road car parking, an outdoor dining area with table and chairs also a cosy summerhouse with fire pit which catches the evening sun. We are situated in the small village of Carharrack which is on a main bus route to Redruth, where there are frequent links to all of cornwall via bus or train. We are in the adjoining property and are availible to give any assistance if required. Quiet rural location close to walking and cycling tracks. Local shop and Chinese within walking distance, nice local pub within 1 mile. Easy access to A30 and both coasts, easy cycling to either coast. Several National Trust properties within the area.
