The apartment is part of a stone farmhouse of 1800 completely renovated, which is located at the top of a hill surrounded by fields. Stunning view! Swimming pool in common with the other few apartments of the farm. Private parking and Private big Garden! Wifi! Great Spot to reach Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d'Elsa, San Galgano abbey... Awesome restaurants and wine farms in the area. This spacious apartment consists of 2 floors and a 100sqm PRIVATE GARDEN with BBQ, Umbrellas and table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast and dinner outdoor for example! Private Parking just outside of your exclusive 100 sq.m Garden. Suggestive and relaxed equipped Pool area to shared with the other apartments of the farm! Pool is open from 1st May to 30th September. 1) On the ground floor there is a big Living Area with a comfortable SOFA-BED (French Bed Size), fireplace, table with chairs and the equipped classic Tuscan Kitchen with Oven, Dishwasher, and all the things you need to cook and to eat your meals! (You'll find also Washing Machine and Iron in your apartment). 2) On the first floor there are: - One Large Double Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom with Shower - One Twin Bedroom which can be transformed in a DoubleBedroom (ON Request). - One Bathroom with Shower - A mezzanine, floor gallery, with a Single Bed. - Free Wifi always available! The price NOT INCLUDE: - Final cleaning fee: 70 Euro (IN TOTAL) payable at the arrival in cash directly. - Tourist city tax: 1,5 Euro per person per night for the first 7 nights of a stay (Children under 12 y.o. free of charges). - Heating (When the season required it) it's not include and it costs 20 Euro per day per apartment. Usually in April and October (especially at the end of the month) a bit of heating could be required. The apartment and its own equipped Garden with bbq, table, umbrellas and sun beds are entirely at your private disposal. And we are very happy if you feel at home! :) The Property has a big electronic Garden so we'll provide you of the remote control to enter in the Farm with your car till your private garden and Parking, which are just in front of your apartment. The Pool and all its equipments are at your free disposal to share with the others apartments of the property. Consider that the property is composed of about 9 apartments but we rent just 3 of them! The others are of local people who never come here. Just A couple of very Kind american people live during all the year in one of the apartments of the Property. So the place is ideal if you love to relax! POOL OPENING: from 1st May to 30 September, for the other months ask us before of a reservation. I'm Chiara, Roberta's sister, I' ll receive you in person. In the case that I will not able to be there you'll find my mother who will be very happy to show you the property and give you many tips and suggestions. You have different kind of restaurants just few kilometers from the property. Fore example in Casole there are a lot of classic Tuscan Osterias and groceries's shops. In another place just 3 km away from the apartment there is a restaurant where the local are used to go as it's very famous for its excellent quality Florentine Stick at cheapest prices! At the same distance there is also a petrol station and a characteristic mini market with many products of the area! Supermarkets and every kind of shops you need in Colle di Val D'Elsa. However also in Casole d'Elsa which is the nearest town you'll find petrol stations, Groceries Shops, Mini Markets, Banks and so on.. Strategic base to discover all the Tuscan Region!
