Kean Hills Lower Deck Apartment Cawsand, Cornwall

This modern apartment is set in the delightful seaside village of Cawsand, looking across Plymouth Sound. The intention has been to provide practical quality accommodation for couples. The apartment is a short few minutes easy walk to the local shops, beaches, pubs and village life. There are patio doors leading out onto a private covered patio seating area which has beautiful views over Cawsand Bay and the surrounding countryside which is shown in the photos. The Lower Deck is more spacious than the Upper deck apartment with its open plan living space and kitchen. Although the living space is open plan it does have a separate double bedroom and en suit shower room. The apartment has its own private entrance leading to a spacious living area with it’s to two seater sofas (one being the sofa bed) the apartment has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and a four seating dining table. This is open plan to the generous newly fitted kitchen, which is also fully equipped. I m available every day if you need anything at all or just want to ask about the area ie: where to go, how to get there, best places to eat etc The apartment is on the beautiful Rame Peninsula where you will find coastal path walking, the stunning Mt Edgcumbe country park, The National trust property Antony House and gardens, you will have a choice of 4 pubs all within a few minutes walking distance of the apartment. Then there is the Ferry that takes you to Plymouth that runs straight off the beach. We have an excellent bus services which runs from almost outside the property should you wish to enjoy the spectacular views from the top deck and leave the car behind for a change. Being on the Southwest coastal path if you love walking you will not be disappointed with the beautiful scenery. As from Easter through to October I like to take weekly bookings only but if you are looking at booking last minute and my dates are available please do not hesitate to ask as I will happily let my apartments out at short notice if available but for a minimum of 2 nights Thank you Helen
