Housed within a 1930's art deco building, this studio apartment has undergone an architecturally-designed renovation to create the perfect 'Nano Pad'. Bright, warm, and efficiently stylish, it has all the features of a luxury hotel. The open plan design includes a designer sofa with an adjustable TV, perfect for enjoying a cosy night in. On the bookshelf, you will find a curated collection of books and novels that celebrate Sydney and Australia. Every object in the apartment has been selected to evoke the essence of the locale. The compact kitchen is fully functional with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and stovetop espresso maker. The bed is topped with luxurious linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There is a designer ceiling fan to keep the space cool during the warmer months and a Dyson hot+cold fan heater to keep you warm in winter. A beautifully-designed bathroom details a rainwater shower, matt black tapware with gold highlights. It's fully stocked with Sukin products to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The building has shared laundry facilities, located on the rooftop. Take in breathtaking neighbourhood views, stretching to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, while you wait for your washing. An iron and fold out ironing board are conveniently concealed in a cupboard within the apartment. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Nestled between Kings Cross and Surry Hills, the inner-city suburb of Darlinghurst is a hive of activity with trendy restaurants and cafés, galleries and an eclectic bar scene. During the day, explore its boutique stores and coffee shops, while at night dine at much-loved restaurants include Buffalo Dining Club, Joe’s Table and Phamish. The suburb is home to notable bars and pubs such as Shady Pines Saloon and Love Tilly Devine, making it a popular spot for a night out. Darlinghurst is home to Gelato Messina’s first outpost on Victoria Street. Oxford St is just a short walk away (around 5 mins) and from there you can catch buses all over Sydney. Kings Cross train station is also 5 mins walk away providing direct access to Central or Town Hall. Hire bicycles abound, as do Taxis and Ubers Please read and respect the house rules. There's no aircon at our Nano Pad because we are in an old heritage building that does not permit us to install it. We have a designer ceiling fan to keep the space cool and ventilated. We also have a unit of Dyson hot+cold fan heater to keep you warm. There are 2 short flights of steps to climb to reach our Nano Pad, on the first floor
