Dimensione Armonica is a fully restored, independent villa located in Comabbio, in the northern region of Lombardy, a few minutes from Lakes Varese and Maggiore, offering deluxe privacy and comfort. The residence is equipped with bright, refined and modern furnishings of superior quality. Newly renovated between 2019 and 2021, it is situated 300 meters above sea level overlooking Comabbio Lake. CIR: 012054-CNI-00002 The living room looks upon the private garden. The modern kitchen is adiacent to an intimate dining. The two bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well as balconies overlooking the pictoresque town and the lake. The first bedroom can sleep up to three people, with one single bed and a comfortable, charming bunkbed. A small cot for a child of up to two years old is also available by request. The paired bathroom for this room includes a glass enclosed shower as well as a bidet. The master bedroom is a luxurious space with a superior king-sized bed, large television, atmospheric lighting, and generous closet storage. The interior master bathroom features a large glass-enclosed shower / sink room, and a separate toilet-bidet room, both with Japanese décor and fixtures. The open kitchen area with the adjacent dining booth includes four stovetop induction plates, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is underfloor heating for the entire residence and central air conditioning. A private laundry area with washing machine is conveniently accessible in the courtyard, and private parking is provided on the property. Internet service (Wireless LAN) is offered free of charge. Please note that this is a non-smoking residence, and animals are not permitted. In a magnificent, secluded location by the edge of the woods, you can enjoy hiking trails that begin at the foot of the residence, or swimming in Monate Lake 1 km away (10 minutes’ walk). Situated just a few steps from the center of Comabbio, you will have the convenience of nearby shops for necessities, and a supermarket only 3 km away. We are ideally placed 35 km from the center of Milan, 40 minutes’ drive from the Swiss border of Lugano, and 16 km from the center of Varese. Nearby are several exquisite golf courses including the renowned course in Stresa. On the nearby lakes there are professional training schools for canoeing, on Varese Lake in particular, where an international canoeing competition is held. Birdwatching is also a special activity in this region, with several ideal locations for fulfilling your ornithological inclinations.
