The property is a spacious and delightful holiday home in the heart of the South Wales valleys and at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful countryside, An ideal spot for getting away from it all and would particularly appeal to those who love the great outdoors, walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists, fishing enthusiasts and families with children (children's play park next door). Dogs welcome but no stag or hen parties. The property is a delightful, spacious, self-catering holiday home in the heart of the South Wales valleys and at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. This is an ideal spot for getting away from it all and would particularly appeal to those who love the great outdoors, walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists and families with children. The property offers a wide range of facilities and local attractions, including: • Separate kitchen, lounge and dining areas • Conservatory • A large garden* with woodland and mountain views • A gas BBQ • Broadband and Wifi • Easy access (of only a few minutes’ walk) to a mountain, forest, river valley and fishing lake** • A large children’s park within a 100 yards • Gas Central Heating • Real log fire (log store available which you are welcome to use free of charge) *The garden is equipped with furniture and attracts a variety of birds, in particular a pair of resident Robins. Binoculars will be left at the property for use by guests in the garden or whilst hiking. **The fishing lake is approximately 15 mins walk from the property and guests would be free to use our annual permit (guests will have to bring their own equipment) NOTE: That the the property sleeps 5 comfortably but up to 7 if the attic room is used (see pictures of the room in the photos). To use this room guests would have to be able to climb a pull down steps Please be mindful that this is a semi-detached property so I kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels at night and in particular no music beyond midnight I will be happy to leave a folder giving suggestions on local attractions such as: Brecon Beacons National park Bike park Wales Pen y fan Sugar loaf Big pit (working mine) Super tubing (longest tubing slide in UK) Owl sanctuary Oakwood theme park (highest wooden roller coaster in the world) Aberfan /cemetery (coal disaster killing an entire generation) Picturesque market towns of Abergavenny, Crickhowell, Monmouth and Brecon Museums Barry island Penarth /pier (quaint holiday spot with lovely pebble beach and scenic coastal walks to Porthcawl and Ogmore by sea) Aden Villas is nestled in a quiet forest location with beautiful woodland walks. The neighbours are very friendly and likely to say 'hello' if you see them and maybe have a chat - this is normal. Close to lovely market towns such as Abergavenny and Crickhowell where you can hike up the famous 'Sugarloaf mountain or 15 minute car ride to the Pen y fan mountain walk and the Brecon Beacon National Park and Bike Park Wales. Good transport links (train station 4.5 miles away) if you're interested visiting Cardiff, Barry island, Swansea, Bristol etc Key lock for easy access and departure (code will be given in the evening before arrival), giving you complete privacy. I will be available for emergencies 24 hours a day for complete peace of mind
