Stay in the Historic Great Falls Hotel! Over 100 years old, this newly remodeled building remains in great repair! The Hotel is located in the Northside Residential Historic District, placing it on the National Register of Historic Places in Cascade County. In the heart of downtown Great Falls, you are within steps of local coffee shops, breweries, eateries, boutiques, and other historical attractions. Visit the world-famous Sip & Dip Lounge! Centrally located, everything is within reach! The kitchen, which is newly remodeled and well appointed, has all of the basic necessities and more. The bedroom has a pillow top mattress, comfortable bedding, a bedside lamp with a charging station and plenty of closet space for a long stay. The living room is equipped with a 55” big screen TV, Amazon Alexa, Fire TV and smart locks. Guests can enter through the front or back of the building and proceed to their rented suites. One block away from Central, this building sits in the heart of Great Falls. We are within walking distance of many banks, churches, eateries, parks, the post office, the county courthouse and more. Malmstrom AFB, the airport, and the hospital are all within a 10-15 minute drive from our location. Parking is a gravel lot on the west side of the building. It is accessed through the alley that runs behind the building. One parking spot per apartment. Please be careful as it is a pull in and back out lot. We kindly ask that you to be considerate when parking so that all guests can access a parking spot. We provide a parking pass in your room- once it's filled out with your vehicle info, the top half is displayed in your vehicle and the bottom half goes in the white drop box located right inside building's front entrance. To afford you as much space as possible for your own personal items, we do provide an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer only upon request. Please let us know if you would like those items placed in your unit prior to your arrival! Because this building is host to multiple guests, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum both day and night. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the building but there are designated smoking areas outside. Pets under 30 pounds are permitted, but we must be notified. Also, they must be on a leash when outside of the room, and pets are permitted only on the level of the reserved unit. A pet deposit may be required. Animal waste is the responsibility of the pet owner. A $50 cleaning fee may be applied if the waste is not disposed of properly. We have worked out parking for our guests in the gravel lot off the alley behind the building. This is convenient because parking can be hard downtown. We ask that guests limit their use to one vehicle within the parking area. Please be careful entering and exiting the lot, as we do not have control over the maintenance of the connecting alley. For additional security and peace-of-mind for our guests that love our downtown location, the exterior of the building is monitored with cameras as are the hallways, landings and laundry room. The unit reserved will have a similar floor plan as the one pictured, and will be similarly decorated. However, color schemes and appliances may vary.
