An extremely large and sunny four bedroom ground floor apartment, perfect for large/extended families or a group. We are ideally situated to offer tourists easy access to central London's major sites, Greenwich and the Kent countryside is also accessible. The indoor pool is situated at the end of the garden and is shared with the other apts. The large gardens have lawn and patio areas complete with furniture and for the children a variety of outdoor game equipment and swings. Each apartment has been converted to provide comfortable acommodation with excellent decor and furnished to a high standard. Internet access to all apartments. All bed linen and towels are provided. Apartments are centrally heated. This huge apt has 4 bedrooms to sleep eight comfortably but can accommodate 11. It is on the ground and first floor with own front door leading to a large Victorian hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, large hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is comfortable seating for 8, dining seating for 8, TV and occasional furniture. There is a large private patio with seating. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has twin/king size bed. There is a wash hand basin. There is 1 family bathroom, 1 en-suite showeroom. The main bedroom has twin beds which can zip together, another single and the en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds that zip together + another 2 singles. Bedroom 4 has twin/king beds. The pool is shared and open 2pm to 10pm daily. I am on site one or two days a week. Outside these hours there is emergency contact numbers. Catford is a well established London suburb. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops and pubs locally. The high st has a large Tesco, small shops and international food shops. Getting around is easy. We have 2 stations that serve London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Blackfriars and Victoria in less than 25 min journey. Trains run every 15 minutes till midnight. There are over a dozen bus routes at the end of the road. You do not need a car, if you bring one leave it on the drive for your stay unless you want to visit Kent and the surrounding countryside. The motorways south are a 25 minute drive.
