A nice room in a big 4 b/room house

This cosy room is one of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a beautiful 5yr old home. Quiet neighborhood, 2 minute walk to the train station,then 50 minutes to city, 5 minutes to town main street & 15 minute walk to shops. Close to the Barossa wine region Your room is approximately 3m x 3m Can comfortably fit one person and is furnished with a single bed and built in robe Curtains and blinds, plus an outside blind. Ducted cooling and heating . The guests have access to the main bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and TV room. There is also room for one car in the garage. I interact with the guests as much as possible , to make sure they feel at home. I will be present during the guests stay. Quiet neighborhood with peaceful neighbors all round 2 minute walk to the train station. One direction takes you to Adelaide in under an hour, the other direction takes you to Gawler`s main street. 15 minute walk to shops . The bus can be taken to the Barossa Valley or tours can be arranged via Visitor Centre
