Mybright apartment with fresh colours and coastal features is situated less than 3 minutes away from the beautiful Tolcarne Beach and less than 5 minutes walk to town, restaurants, bars, train station and the famous fistral beach is a 15 minute walk away. The apartment has its own private parking space and an attractive rear seating area. The apartment is centrally located but on a quiet street off the beaten track making it ideal for families, couples and a small group of friend Seabreeze is spitting distance from all your holiday requirements but in a quiet location. The apartment has one large bedroom which has a double bed and a single bed a cot can be provided if required with plenty of draw space and TV. There is a separate large cubby hole to hang garments which also houses an iron and board. The open plan kitchen/dining area and living room has a table and chairs, TV, DVD player WIFI, and there is a very comfortable double sofa bed and extra seating. The kitchen area is like home from home, well equipped with everything you require, including a washer. There is a large attractive bathroom with an oversized shower. The outside area is perfect for relaxing with comfortable seating area and a water feature. The apartment has its own outside storage unit with lock. There is a private parking space at the front of the property which you overlook from Seabreeze. If there are any extra requirements I am happy to accommodate and can advise on local amenities and attractions eg surf hire/lessons etc. There is a seating area around the back where you can sit and relax feel free to use this area !! You’ll also find your outside storeage area around the back which is yours to use whilst you stay for surfboards, wetsuits, biked or whatever you like !! I am of course always on the other end of the phone if you’ve got any questions do not hesitate to get in touch whatever the matter !! I only live a 5 minute walk from the apartment so am always on hand !! Seabreeze is on a quiet street yet literally 2 minutes walk to the beach which is Tolcarne a beautiful beach recently had a brand new building replacing the old restaurant. Theres the usual shop and surf hire down there also. Everything is walking distance from Seabreeze, you have a Tesco extra 2 minute walk away or a larger Asda about a 5 minute walk. The train which is great for the kids to get on takes you all around Newquay picking you up and dropping wherever you like, there's a stop just around the corner from Seabreeze. Seabreeze has its own parking space located in front of the apartment, if there's two cars in the party there's always parking close by for free usually the same street Seabreeze stands on. There is a bus stop which does all major routes 2 minute walk away, the train station is a 5 minute walk and Newquay airport is about a 15 minute drive.
