------------------------>PLEASE READ<------------ You get a standard room in my totally renovated house, it has 3 floors and each floor has 3 lockable rooms. On each floor we have a bathroom and a kitchen. Shared parts are Kitchen, bathroom, toilets, dining room, terrace, garden and laundry room. ------------------- Important info BELOW---------- -Most of my guests stay 1 month to 12 month and are young professionals (male and female) (Vodafone, Amazon, Ferrero, EIB, Ernst and Young, Swiss Life, pwc) -Shared space has to be left spotless after being used. Untidy and messy people are not welcome. I keep the right to terminate prematurely your stay in case you don't comply with this code of conduct. -I try to keep the house a quiet and calm place, that's why I don't accept loud music, parties or animals in my house.
