Hey there! Here’s Fabrizia, welcome to Como! I’ve been living in this amazing city since ever. My house is strategically located between the Swiss border and the city centre, so that it suits both leisure and business trips. The location is calm, and you can enjoy the glorious view of the mountains right from your balcony. The house has independent entrance and heating. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to cook and taste your meals. The two bedrooms are wide, functional and comfortable. The house comes complete with Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher and a TV in every room. There are a bus stop and a parking slot close by. Should you be coming with your family and need an additional bed or a high chair, just let me know. Same if you are on a business trip and you need a printer. You’ll find everything at your arrival. On request, it’s possible to have a car box just 60 metres away. Washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, dishwasher Wi-Fi, hairdryer, anything you need for comfort and relax will always be at your disposal. The house is located on a sunny hillside, in a quiet residential zone, with a stunning view on the mountains. The marvellous sunsets on the snow-capped peaks around Como will be hard to forget. For all those who enjoy walking, the relaxing green trails of Cardina are just a few steps away from the house. If you don’t want to use the car, you can easily reach both the centre of the city and Switzerland from the nearby bus stop. The city centre is also just a half a hour walk away. Many restaurants and pizzerias are within walking distance as well as a small shopping centre with a pharmacy and a bar. Complimentary services: -Bed linen is changed every 7 days; -Towels are change every 7 days. -A warm welcome is always provided! To be paid upon arrival: - City Tax (2.0€ per person per night, while for children below 14 it’s free). Smoking inside is strictly forbidden (while you can still smoke on the balcony).
