If you are looking for a cosy and clean apartment, you are welcome here. Location: The apartment is located in a residential and quiet area very close to the university and close to university hospital too. The citycenter is 25 min. walking distance. With a bike you need 5-8 min. The same with the bus right around the corner. Instalations: It's a roof apartment in a 3-family house and it has an area of 54sqm (roof slants are already taken into account) and with good weather it's very bright. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200 and a second small bedroom for one person with a bed 90x200. There is a small bathroom with window and shower and a spacious living- and diningroom with open kitchen. The kitchen has all you need: fridge, microwave and oven, heater and dishwasher. Coffee machine, koffee, tea, and sugar are always there at least for the first breakfast. Just one thing is to note; The ceiling hight of the apartment is only 2,20m! Tall person should know that before! I am always at your disposal during your stay through Airbnb and other telecommunications. In the house are two more flats; a young family with 2 small children and 2 students sharing an apartment. The flat is well situated for a foreign teacher of the Johannes Gutenberg University and University hospital but also for all other working or travelling person around Mainz. The next bus stop is only a two min. walk from the apartment. The bus nr.57 runs every 20min. - 30min. in direction of central station and into the city. From central station there is a train (S-Bahn, S8) to Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt- City Center. Travel time to the airport 20 min. Travel time to Frankfurt 40 min. The beds are freshly made and clean towels are provided. Parking is available in front of the underground parking garage. The apartment is located in a pure residential area. There are no supermarkets directly around. Therefore you have to walk or take the bus (2 stations).
