A perfect size for couples or families. Bathroom is a good size and recently remodeled. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking after a long day exploring the San Luis Valley. This home would be ideal for individuals doing business at Adams State University and the San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center or those passing through the area. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the Rio Grande River, Rio Grande Railroad Station, multiple brewery's and coffee shops. Host is an Alamosa native who can provide numerous recommendations on things to do in the surrounding area
