Les Magnarelles: appartment + pool

Come and spend a great time in the independent appartment we set up in our house. It is composed of a living room with a convertible sofa, one room with a double bed, one with two twin beds, bathroom with a bathtube and a kitchen. Our spacious appartement is ideal to stay with kids, friends or family. Feel free to use the swimming pool, garden table and a BBQ. We will share the acess to the house but the appartment is totally independent. If you wish, you may also use our washing machine and drier. We are available to chat, recommend must-see/do attractions nearby, shopping plans, etc. On weekends, we may share with you a delicious breakfast served in our dinning room or, when it's warm enough, on the terrace (we will tough ask you for 8€ per person for this service. Please keep us posted the day before you arrive at the latest if you are interested y this option). The house is located in a calm part of the city, surrounded by fields but only 2 km from the city centre. No immediate neighbours. There are many touristic attractions close-by and great shopping opportunities at the Roman's Factory outlet Marques Avenue. 2 km to Roman's train station 12 km to Valence TGV train stration. Don't hestitate to ask and we will fetch you! Les animaux sont, en principe, admis, veuillez néanmoins confirmer avec nous si vous compter amener votre petit compagnon à quatre (ou plus) pattes.
