Spacious and light 3 bedroom family house with sunny backyard. Built in 1880, modern on the inside. Kidsfriendly street (playground and 30km/hour-trafficzone). Our characteristic family house is situated in a popular, easy and safe area called 'Oudwijk'. Around the corner (2 minute walk) you’ll find a nice shopping street with local shops (grocery, bakery’s, butcher), bus stop, delicatessen. There are a lot of nice bars/restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a good coffee. On the ground floor the corridor and central hall will lead you to an open-plan very light living area with open well equipped kitchen and open doors to the backyard. On the other side of the hall we have an extra bedroom/children’s playroom. Next to the toilet the staircase will take you upstairs to a passage, two bedrooms and a bathroom with extra toilet. Both bedrooms upstairs have loads of closet space. The master bedroom also has cable TV. There’s a shower, bath and toilet in the bathroom. Utrecht prettiest park Wilhelminapark is a 5 minute walk: a perfect place on a sunny day to go for a picknick or a walk. Nintje/Miffy Museum, Train Museum, Central Museum, 16th century Dom tower, Utrecht College are all within 15 minute walk. Utrecht Railway Station in one direction and the (18th-century) historical Amelisweerd estate on the other direction as well as the Uithof (University) are all 5-10 minutes by bicycle or public transport.
