Sunny house with stunning view on theSalentoCoast!

Fantastic villa overlooking the bay of Santa Cesarea Terme, a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sunny silent patio, perfect for outdoor dining panoramic,away from the summer chaos but still close to the sea (1 km driving!).We decided recently to host turists with the AirBnb altough we used it for our trips! The scent of the countryside in front of the house, having breakfast watching the sea ....a spectacular veranda where to dine al fresco, two silent and fresh bedrooms downstairs (altough AIR Conditioned is everywhere in the house)..the walks in the path with direct access from the patio will lead you to the great pinewood of Santa Cesarea with a beautiful playground recently restored by municipal authorities,an athletic path and a cocktail bar named Baraonda perfect for aperitif time or after dinner. You will have access to everything that is in the house includind books or games for children... is our home, our holiday retreat: the kitchen is equipped with blender, dishwasher, microwave, juicer.Every room is air-conditioned at no additional cost. Also available on request high chairs and cots and sports bikes (also baby sizes) for wonderful walks in the midst of olive trees or cycling in the neighboring paths. I will be present to welcome you on arrival and give indications on the house, on the spot and on the Salento generally seen through the eyes of a tourist! Santa Cesarea is a quiet village and relaxing, there are famous hot spring and sulfur pools; 15 kilometers away Otranto is a fashionable center with sandy beaches so beautiful you'll ask yourself if you flew to ITALY OR MALDIVES! CASTRO is even (Website hidden by Airbnb) gorgeous and romantic,for sure it worth a visit as well as Marina di Ugento(a little more distant driving south)with its enchanted beaches you may have seen in a movie only. 'Salento in bus' is a service that connects all sea of Salento among themselves and with the main city Lecce but if you want to feel free and comfortable I recommend renting a car which is still the best way to visit this land! If you do not feel like cooking, just across the road you will find the restaurant 'La Pineta' with local specialties at a good price as well as an excellent pizza. Otherwise there's a market with fresh vegetables,fish,meat and hot delicious tipycal bread in the centre of Santa Cesarea as well as a supermarket in the nearest Cerfignano (5mn cycling)or a big mall just across Vitigliano at about 8mn driving.
