On Syros, situated in the center of the Cyclades islands, you will find this charming residence nestled in the sunny and wind-protected Finikas bay, approximately at 10 minutes’ drive from the main port of Hermoupolis. Finikas has a small harbor, a health center, sport facilities, taverns, bars, a children's playground, and a lovely beach where one can swim, fish, sunbathe and enjoy watersports in a pleasant environment. Day trips to the beautiful neighboring islands of Mykonos, Tinos, Andros, Sifnos and Paros are also recommended. The residence has a privileged position which offers a spectacular panoramic view to the north-western Aegean Sea. The land area is large and protected by a 2m high “Cycladic-style” stone-fence. The area around the house includes a vineyard, a garden with cypresses and palm trees and a swimming pool. The main residence offers 3 bedrooms, a salon and a dining room with sea-view, a fully-equipped kitchen and air-conditioning.
