Built on a hill top with a beautiful view, this 220m² villa, welcomes you for a relaxed and calm holiday, the pool and vast grounds allow for lots of fun and games, in the sunny south west of France. The house. You will comfortably sleep 12 people. On the ground floor you will savour the spacious living room with cosy reclining leather armchairs, TV, DVD player and many games. Alongside the two elegant master bedrooms and their separate bathrooms, there is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook wonderful meals to eat out on the furnished terraces whilst enjoying the amazing view over the valley. On the first floor you find two exquisite twin bedrooms and two luxurious master bedrooms, on the landing two separate toilets and the bathroom which accommodates a shower and a bath. The grounds. You will have ample space to play ball games, ping pong or sit on the swing under the trees, the enticing (heated) pool and decking area will invite you to swim and relax on the chaise longue in the sun. Pool size is 1 (Website hidden by Airbnb) Equipment. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There are a washing machine and laundry line available, a baby cot & high chair if required and iron & board. The house has WIFI internet, TV & DVD player. Under shelter there is a ping pong table for evenings of fun. Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels are provided for a minimum stay of 7 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, you may hire the towels and linen for a small fee. When you stay for a two week period, you profit from a cleaning service (bathrooms and toilets) and change of towels & linen. The pool will be serviced during your stay. A rigid roll shutter is used to insure child safety. Help at hand if needed. The house is owned by two families. Since we do not live in the region the house is professionally managed by „La Conciergerie“. You will benefit from Jemma’s professional assistance during your entire stay to ensure a wonderful time. There are lots of things to do in the Perigord: The villa is only a few minutes away from Ribérac, where you will find the well known supermarkets. Fridays there is a very nice, lively market is this small town, with fruits and vegetables, arts and crafts, and useful little objects of daily life. Nice cafés and good Restaurants around. It is not far to Brantôme with it´s remarkable abbey. You may also want to visit Lascaux or one of the other caves with prehistorical wall paintings. But last not least you shouldn´t miss a drive to the vinyards of the Bergerac and a winetasting. Am Haus stehen ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten zu Verfügung. Das Haus gehört zwei befreundeten Familien.
