Located only few steps from the beach, enjoy your stay. Studio is only 15 min away from the City marina and historic Old town. It's a perfect match for couples or friends. Simple and functional little studio, 15m2, is located in the attic of the family house, directly on the seaside promenade in a quiet neighborhood. Huge window keep the room airy and bright throughout the day . Studio has equipped kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals and private bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Please let us know your anticipated arrival time. Kindly leave your comments and opinions I would greatly appreciated it. You can enjoy dining in various nearby restaurants which serve local dishes. Studio is within walking distance of the old town and city marina. Main bus station is 1.5 km away. Dubrovnik and Tivat Airport are 25 km away. We can assist you with airport transfers, excursions, boat trips and all other activities you are interested in. Curently ( May 2015) all visitors to Montenegro should register their stay and pay a daily tourist tax. This needs to be done within 24 hours of your arrival. Host will do the registration on your behalf. The tax costs EUR 1.00 per day for adults and for children aged 12-18 years 0.50 per day. For children under 12 it is free but they still have to register. This price list applies from 15.06. till 15.09. (high season). Keep hold of this registration card until the date of your final departure from Montenegro, you may be asked to provide it at the border when you leave.
