Mountain retreat, mins from skiing!

A beautiful and cosy two double bedroom apartment nestled in the mountains that can sleep up to 6 people. Be minutes away from the slopes and amongst the most stunning of Italian landscapes. No smoking indoor, we have a lovely balcony outside for that... This 70m2 cosy apartment is set on the 1st floor of an alpine block of only 6 flats. The apt is very spacious with two double bedrooms and a balcony which looks out through the fir trees in the grounds and onto the mountains. There is also a large and comfortable sofa bed in the open plan living and dining room. The dining room table will comfortably sit up to 6 people. There is a very clean and modern bathroom with luxury towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Free WIFI is available throughout the apartment. There is also a washing machine with washing powder available for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you might need and there's even a dishwasher so you don't have to bother with doing the dishes when you return from a fun day skiing and/or exploring the area! We don't have a car parking space within the comlplex but right outside you can safely leave your car. We live in London so most likely you won't see us. However we can support your stay with the help of our friendly neighbour. Very quite surroundings with the view of La Grigna mountain and only a few houses around. Opposite the flat is a very charming roaster with his gaggle of hens to remind our guests whether it is day or night! One of the rare supermarkets of the valley is only 8 min walking from the flat. Cremeno is located 800metres above sea level in a valley called Valsassina near Lake Como. The town is about 5 mins away from Barzio, 20 mins driving from Lecco, 40 mins from Como and about 30 mins from Varenna where it is possible to take a ferry, with or without a car, and cross over to Bellagio. You will be about a 10 mins drive from the closest ski lift to Piani di Bobbio (1800 mt). (URL HIDDEN). We can give you tips of when and where to go! On Sundays and Bank Holidays, there's also a shuttle bus service which stops about 5 mins walk from the flat which takes you straight to the lift. Cremeno and Barzio town centres are both walking distance. Cremeno is located in Valsassina near lake Como. The small village is near Barzio which is slightly larger (20 min walk) and Lecco which is a actual town with the beautiful lake, shop, restaurants and larger supermarkets (20 mins drive away)
