Xandari is a modern and spacious house close to all amenities with the added bonus of being in a quiet and tranquil location. It is a reverse level designed house to take full advantage of the fabulous view across Perranporth. The property has a large driveway at the front of the house providing off street parking for 3 cars. It is a short stroll downhill to Perranporth's shops, restaurants, bars and the magnificent beach. There is a park, tennis courts and playing fields on the doorstep. An exciting opportunity to relax and unwind close to Cornwall's best beach for the family. The top floor layout has a fantastic open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the park, town centre, golf course and sand dunes. Two generous sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and another bedroom with separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking a family meal with an American style fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and a double oven with gas hob. There is a large decking area on the ground floor to enjoy socialising and barbecuing with ample space to leave surf boards overnight. There is a bookcase containing a variety of books, puzzles and board games for everyone to enjoy. WiFi is provided throughout the house. The whole house is available apart from 2 rooms which are locked and there is no access to the garage. Perranporth beach is well known for its long golden sands and unique large pub on the beach. 'The Watering Hole' Pub is a must for a relaxing sunset drink during your stay. The beach is manned by lifeguards from the Easter Holidays to the end of October between the hours of 10am to 6pm. Children will enjoy the many rock pools and caves the coast has to offer. Perranporth natural links golf course has a challenging but enjoyable 18 hole course overlooking the coast. The park has plenty of room for kicking a football around or flying a kite. It also has a children's play area. The tennis courts have six grass courts and three hard courts which can be hired daily. (don't forget to bring your tennis racket and balls) The town has plenty of Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Take Aways and Ice Cream Parlours to choose from. It also has two Coop Convenient stores. Perranporth also has a Doctors Surgery and a Boots Pharmacy. Perranporth airfield can provide tandem and accelerated free fall skydiving courses. The nearest airport is Newquay which is around 10 miles away. There are several bus stops around Perranporth. Providing transportation to Newquay and Truro. Perranporth is also part of the coastal walk around Cornwall. Sorry no pets - a pet free home. We can provide on request a travel cot and a high chair. Please note there is no access to a washing machine, but the town has a laundrette.
