Few minutes to go to the river Nidelva reaching the City Central Walk Midtbyrunden. 10min walk to Nidarosdomen catedral, Gamle Bybru, Bakklandet or Ila ,the fjord coast. The house is fully furnished with two fireplaces. It has 3 sleeping rooms with capacity up to 7 people, spacious living room-dining room-kitchen, and a charming bathroom. There is also a big sunny terrace with wonderful view to Byåsen/Bymarka. The apartment is one of four apartments in a wooden house. It occupies the 1st and 2nd floor and has following bedrooms: - The loft is on the 2nd floor and has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This room is ca. 22 m2 and has a private entrance, a fireplace, a working desk, a small bar-like table with 2 bar chairs, a cloth rack for your clothes and adjustable lighting. It is also possible to put in an extra folding bed. - The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed that occupies most of the room, which is about 12 m2. The second bedroom (this listing) is about 7m2, and has a single bed and a desk. Further, there is the living room with a couch that can be used as a bed. All common areas are located on 1st floor: - The main entrance to the apartment - Shared complete bathroom, ca. 9m2. - Living room, dining room and kitchen. They are connected into one L-shape space, ca. 40m2. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are of course free to use it, as well as storing food in the fridge and freezer. The dining room has a big table for up to 8 people and the living room consists of a couch, an armchair with footstool and a fireplace. However, the host will be mostly staying on the spot. The apartment is located in a housing area. It takes few minutes to go to the supermarket, the hospital, the river path by Nidelva, which is called 'the City Central Walk Midtbyrunden', and it goes all around the city center. It takes 15min walk to Nidarosdomen Cathedral, Gamle Bybru, Bakklandet or Ila; the fjord coast. Beautiful sunsets can be spotted there and a lot of people go running along the river path. I would recommend to walk as everything is quite close, but you can also take the bus at Studentersamfunde, which is 5min away by foot. It is one of the most central bus stations, where almost all buses stop, including the bus to the airport. One way ticket is about 50NOK, but is possible to get it cheaper through an app. Taxi is the most expensive way to get around, depending on how far. There is 1 parking spot available. Guests must ask for it in advance. It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment, but it is possible to smoke outside on the terrace.
