The house is ideally located in the Nièvre department, 2 hours from Paris, 5 minutes from the motorway, in a charming village with bakery and mini-market. You can discover the Loire Valley and its many attractions. GROUND FLOOR : - Entrance - Equipped kitchen - Dining Room-Living room with convertible sofa - Bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate toilet FLOOR: - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed) - a room with 3 single beds - possibility of cot - All bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes OUTSIDE: - Terrace area with garden furniture, barbecue and games for children - Access Garden 3000M² with swing, relaxation areas, covered and secure swimming pool of 12x6M (open from May 1 to September 30 depending on weather conditions). It is fully reserved for you from 10h to 19h. We keep the slot at 7 p.m. / 10 a.m. for maintenance and personal use. - Car park MISCELLANEOUS: Linens fully supplied: Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. Pool towels are expected. On request necessary baby available free of charge (Cot, high chair, changing mat, stroller, bath ...) Inflatable pool accessories available.
