Situated in easy walking distance to the centre of Matha and all its amenities including bars, restaurants, shops and bakery. Jazz festivals and the like. It is within easy reach of forests, countrysides, river walks and the beach stretching from La Rochelle through to Royan is approximately 1 hour away.
