Set in heart of beautiful Crantock village 5mins walk to the beach great for surfing, running and walking very close to two traditional pubs with good food, also a great Italian restaurant and and well stocked local shop. Private parking for 2 cars. Ideally located, close walking distance to Crantock beach which is great for surfing and swimming, surrounded by other lovely cottages, again close walking distance to a well stocked local shop, a traditional local pub with good food, and the lovely JamJar restaurant. This property is also away from the main village roads so it's peaceful and private with private parking for two cars. Guests have a spacious kitchen, dining area and sitting room two large ensuite bedrooms, and an outside sitting/BBQ area. They also have private parking for two cars, the access lane is quite narrow so just take your time. I live on the grounds of the property so I'm available for any help and advice about the local area if like. It's a beautiful relaxed part of the world with everything you need really close by, so you don't need to drive very much. There's lots of country side for sightseeing, walking or running, there are surf schools, pubs and restaurants and thanks to the properties location there's plenty of tranquility. The property is a work in progress, and although the main living areas are in good order aspects of the garden and garage still need attention hence it isn't suitable for younger children under 10. I can do guests laundry here at the property with access to the machine arranged with me.
