Large holiday guest home with Pool, comfort and relaxation is the key to your stay. Ideal family holiday location- casual walk to local beach and shops -close to popular restaurants. Bus Route not far if required for Music Festival guests - 5mins drive to iconic Brunswick Heads (see photos) - 200 mtrs easy walk to Ocean Shores County Club with great dining & world class golf course - 40mins drive to Gold Coast /Ballina Airports. Host will interact with you as much or as little as you wish. Upper Level Guest Home has a relaxing comfortable family atmosphere. Could also be used for work related events. Central location to Gold Coast and Ballina air ports for air travel access being approx 45min easy drive on motorway The home has two separate levels totally disconnected from each other. The upper level is the guesthouse listed. It has its own entry, parking and guests have sole use of the Pool. The downstairs unit although rare but on occasion may be used by hosts immediate family members in an emergency situation ONLY - Only 1 /2 at most - My family are fully aware when Airbnb guests staying they are very respectful / quiet and have absolutely NO access to the top level of the home OR the pool. They are all onboard with this and I have had no complaints from guests in the past about this. There is NO internal access from downstairs to top level and vice versa. Guests most definitely have their own space - Only at the invitation of guest/s will Host come to the home unless contacted by neighbours due to excessive noise levels - I value my relationship with my friendly neighbours greatly - Host can easily be contacted by mobile 24/7 for any house emergency situation. Great eating spots in Brunswick Heads 5mins drive away; or casual walk to Ocean Shores Country Club with dining facilities; or visit Ocean Shores Shopping Centre just down the road. Local Farmers Markets operate weekly at New Brighton, Mullumbimby and Byron Bay. First Saturday of each month is Brunswick Community Markets which is very popular with locals and tourists alike. Local beaches are pristine. Pamphlets will be available to show local attractions. Uber is readily available in the area. Bus Route easy walk from house travelling to Brunswick Heads; Mullumbimby; Byron Bay, Ballina and Lismore. Bus usually leaves hourly. Bus Time Tables will be made available for normal day times. This is also great access for Festival Guests getting to and from the various Festival sites. At various times due to COVID-19 not usual but on occasions - Host works from the downstairs Unit but this is usually only on a Friday due to no internet access at Mullumbimby property where host lives - odd but true - Host will not be at the Airbnb property of an evening - Host has NO issues with guests /families and day noise whatsoever My main satisfaction is for guests to feel like they are in their own home having fun.
