The house will be entirely for your exclusive use and is on one floor where we find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a microwave oven, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe with mirror, bedside tables, chest of drawers and TV; a second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV and sofa; a large bathroom with floor shower and a reading area. In a separate area we also find the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board with space to be used as a storage room for bikes or sports equipment. Outside there is a courtyard where you can eat outside or enjoy moments of relaxation and a covered area that you can use as a parking space for your car. The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and ventilation.
