Nice appartment at 20 minutes from Notre-Dame

The studio is located on the first floor of our house but it offers complete autonomy with its private entrance and terrace. Refurbished, it offers all the conveniences for a short stay. The accommodation is independent from the rest of the house, it is about 14m2. It is equipped with a closed shower room with washbasin and WC and an open kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a double induction hob and a microwave/grill. Travellers have independent access to the studio through their terrace. We live on site on the 1st and 2nd floors, we are available in the evenings to answer all questions before 10 pm. The neighborhood is residential. The house is located in a quiet street with little traffic other than the residents. There are nevertheless shops nearby: "Franprix" supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, butcher's shop, restaurants, bar, tobacco... We are located between the 2 RER B stations: "Bagneux" and "Arcueil Cachan" at about 350 meters from each station. This urban train crosses Paris from North to South. It takes us in 10 minutes to Denfert-Rochereau and to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame in about 20 minutes door to door. It also serves Orly (via Antony) and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaule airports. There is a bus (n° 187) at 120 meters from the house which leads to Porte d'Orléans (line 4 of the subway). We love to welcome you and help you in your visit of Paris if necessary. However, we are a family in which all the members work or go to school. We do our best to make your stay enjoyable but we are not a hotel. Therefore we do not offer room service (like asking for a bottle of water on a Saturday at 7am). In view of the success of our ad, we ask you to respect our check in and check out schedules because we share the households and need the 10am-6pm time slot to organize that at least one of us can ensure the impeccable cleanliness that we have at heart to offer to travelers.
