The West Wing at Haven Villa Our Piece of Paradise

Welcome to the West Wing! We live in an old villa on 2 acres of lawn and garden. Near the main house but not attached to it we have our guest house. We have decorated it in keeping with it’s history but with all modern conveniences including Sky TV. We have a comfy king bed in the studio part with a double bed upstairs in the gorgeous retro attic.The upstairs bed is suitable for a smaller couple or a teenager. We have a lovely, well equipped kitchen. We provide a good continental breakfast. We have really enjoyed making our guest house as comfortable and attractive as possible. We want you to feel at home. The retro attic is full height and very comfortable. Our home is safe, private and peaceful but unfortunately is not suitable for children. Guests are very welcome to enjoy our large garden and outdoor areas. Parking is directly beside the guest house for ease of access with luggage. We would love to meet you and we are available on site at all times but your privacy is our priority. We are about 3 minutes off the southern motorway. You pass by our exit to get to Coromandel, Taupo, Rotorua etc. We are 20 minutes away from Pukekohe if you are car racing, 10 minutes from Karaka Blood Stock, 13 minutes from Bracu Estate and 25 minutes from Auckland Airport in good traffic. The Papakura train station into Auckland is 10 minutes away. We are semi rural. As we are semi rural a car is essential. However 3 minutes drive away in Drury village is a bus stop and a 10 minute drive away is the Papakura train station to head north into Auckland. During the summer months, 1 December to 1 April, we do not rent out the retro attic due to it being uncomfortably warm. However the rest of the West Wing is air conditioned and very comfortable.
