Hooton House for 6 persons

Hi, my place is great for family stay overs or if you are working in the area on contract. It is a stone fronted property on the main road towards Hooton Roberts. There are 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a small room with single bed. A living room with large wall mounted TV and a double sofa bed. A dinning room and separate kitchen with all the equipment needed. Please note that the stairs are steep as it is an old 1860's home and there is 1 bathroom is situated on the first floor. Hi my place is a victorian end stone cottage. There is a cosy living room with flat screen wall mounted tv and wifi. A seperate dinning room and kitchen is next to this with all items you would need for even an extended stay. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and double sofa bed. Family bathroom to the first floor. Small outside yard area. Guests have access to the entire house and small courtyard area to the rear. I am available in person or by message its entirely up to you for your comfort. very small village with bus routes and a convenience store just a small walk away. The main village of Swinton S64 is 1 mile away with a train station to all major cities. Regular buses are available accross the bridge and a train station 1m away. I provide initial coffee and a few essentials including toilet roll towels and bed linen. I can provide mid week house cleaning service when needed at extra cost. Parking is off street. There is a rough track opposite the house where cars can be parked.
