Bright and airy two bedroom cottage beside 15th Century Grade I listed manor house, newly refurbished to a very high standard. The double height ceiling with massive windows surrounds you with space and light... and of course the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. A new kitchen and bathroom complete the delightful and fresh decor. There's a double bedroom with King size bed and another bedroom with triple bunkbed which is great for both kids and adults! For additional space, the sofa in the living area also converts into a surprisingly comfortable double bed, and we can provide travel cots of you request when booking (subject to availability). You'll be able to use the cottage as well as the field outside for picnics, sitting, watching the stunning sunsets, etc. I make sure you can reach me 24/7 either by using the Airbnb system, my mobile phone or calling at our house! The location is historic and you'll be staying right next to a 15th Century manor house. We're in the countryside so it's easy to go for walks, picnics, etc. We're also near to world famous cultural sights such as Bath, Stonehenge, Avebury, Glastonbury and Lacock. And for families we're close to Longleat Safari Park plus various other attractions for kids such as the local petting zoo. We're in a countryside location so most guests arrive by car - we're easy to reach from both the M4 and M3 motorways. If you don't like to drive, however, we're close to Westbury station which as a hub station offers cheap, frequent services to most places in the UK. Transport to and from Westbury Station is easy to arrange.
