Two Single Beds in a Private Room

This is 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the house. There are 2 single sized beds in the room. This is a private room. Note: When booking, please specify how many people you’re booking for. If 1 person, one bed will be set up. If 2 people, two beds will be set up. There is $25 extra charge per night for the second person. This room is great for solo travelers and business travelers. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, towel) will be provided. Plenty of street parking available. Due to the corona-virus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. I usually don't interact much with my guests unless my guests have questions. It's recommended that all guests download Airbnb app on their phone. I communicate with my guests mostly through the app, but I am also available by text and phone call. I handle emergencies and general questions quickly. We are centrally located - 40 minutes away from both San Francisco and San Jose. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location between Castro Valley and Hayward. We are close to Lake Chabot, Castro Valley downtown, movie theater, and restaurants/grocery stores. 2 blocks from bus stop, 7 min drive to Castro Valley & Hayward Bart stations, and less than 1 mile away from I-580 and I-880 freeways. -No additional guest other than those in the reservation is allowed in the house. -No shoes in the house.. -No smoking near house premises (including the backyard patio). -Cooking is not allowed, however you are welcome to use the fridge & microwave. -Washer/dryer is not available for use. -No paper towels or feminine products in the toilet. -Quiet hours from 9pm-7am.
