Perfect Studio Flat in Cemaes Bay, close to beach

Lovely large studio style room with a very comfortable super king size bed, the bed can be separated into single beds, there is an ensuite shower room, kitchenette & a separate entrance. Property has a large driveway with off-road parking for guests. Property is on the ground floor with one small step into porch and one small step into the studio flat. Llyswen is situated on the village high street, a 5 minute walk to the beaches. Cemaes has 4 beaches, 3 are dog friendly all year round. The bed is a super king size bed that can be converted into two single beds, so please advise of your requirements. The room is large enough to allow for a cot (we do not provide one). One well behaved dog is allowed in the premises. There is an outside table and chairs for guests to use, cushions and sun Umbrella are stored inside the studio and for use too. Guests can access the studio flat, driveway and front garden area, there is a small table and chairs that can be used by guests. The gates at the end of the driveway can be closed to create a secure area for your dog. There is also room for a disposable BBQ if guests wanted to. Julie & Pete will have as little or as much interaction with guests as you want/need during your stay & are always contactable by phone. The key to the Studio Flat will be in a key lock box in the porch & the code will be sent to guests before they arrive. We can provide information on beautiful walks and dog friendly locations on Anglesey, leaflets & books are available in the Studio Flat. We are also happy for guests to request a lift to local places to allow guests to take advantage of the beautiful costal walks back to the village. Where possible we will accommodate these requests. At Cemaes you can discover our spectacular, unspoilt coastline and rich heritage, 860 million year old geology, take a boat trip, have a beach day, visit one of the oldest churches in Wales, shop in the picturesque high street, go crabbing off the ancient harbour, watch wonderful wildlife, walk the coastal path or simply relax and breathe it all in. The village has 3 pubs, 2 cafes, a fish & chip shop, butchers & a general convenience shop/ post office. There is also a village venture craft shop, chemist & a picture gallery / framers. A car is advisable, but there is a bus service that stops at the following places. Amlwch - Cemaes - Holyhead : Holyhead - Cemaes - Amlwch. The bus stops are in front of Llyswen & directly opposite. Holyhead also has a Virgin Train Service, Holyhead is approx 25 minutes away by car. We have taken extra measures to ensure that guests staying will be the only ones to use the porch entrance. The Studio Flat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guest stays in line with the Covid 19 guidelines. Cleaning products are available in the Studio Flat along with sanitiser & spare face masks.
