Pilot View is a New England Style property, comfortable furnished with contemporary touches. There is a good sized living space with Sofa, chairs and TV. There is a large Kitchen/Diner with integral appliances such as dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer. There is a separate Utility Area with a washing machine and tumble drier. Upstairs there are 4 well proportioned bedrooms. One with a King Sized bed with an En-suite Shower Room, one with a Twin and En-suite Shower Room, one Double Bedroom and one Bunk Bedroom. There is a family bathroom as well. Outside there is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden, the perfect place to relax at the end of the day exploring the Village and Beaches of Bembridge. To the front there is parking for upto 3 vehicles. Pilot View is located in the popular village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, voted 'Village of the Year in the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards 2019. Within metres, you will find Bembridge Beach and Harbour, popular for sailing, with its stunning moored Houseboats and lovely outlook. Also within a short stroll the quaint Village shops. There are 3 Beaches in Bembridge, Lane End Beach, The Ledge and Bembridge Beach. Bembridge Windmill is also on the outskirts of the Village, popular for passers by and those who enjoy a picnic in the Countryside. There are plenty of Independent Shops and eateries in the Village. Most of the places to eat serve locally caught fish. This property can accept a maximum of 2 dogs an additional charge of £35 per week.
