It is perfect for travellers especially for couples and it can fit up to 4 pax comfortably. It is strategically located and it just take you few minutes walk to the LRT station. To ensure our guest satisfaction, we focus on providing: 1. Comfortable Stay We provide comfortable bed with premium linens and quilt to ensure our guests sleep soundly for the night. Guests can indulge themselves with our hot tub jacuzzi or have a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful view of KLCC at night. 2. Basic amenities provided We provide: > Clean bed linen and pillow covers for our every different guests > Fresh towels for every guest > Toiletries including shampoo, body shower and toilet papers > Other basic needs such as hairdryer and Iron (with Iron board of course) We also engaged with professional housekeeping services to ensure you have pleasant stay with us. 3. Basic Kitchenette Take a few minutes walk to our local morning market just few hundred metres away to get some local fresh food. Kitchen cookwares include microwave oven, induction cooker, a pot, and kitchen utensils are prepared in our kitchen. And we did not forget the toaster and kettle too! The premise is under 24 hours CCTV surveillance and guests are only allowed to access to their floor unit. Pool and Gym are located at Level 6 and they are open from 8am - 9pm daily. You can find mini-market and laundry services at Ground Floor. Parking access: Effective 1st Jan 2019, Touch&Go Parking System will be implemented with following rates: First 2 hours: RM3 Every sub hour or part thereof: RM1 After 6pm: RM10 per entry Alternative parking: DBKL parking lotsa right outside the building. Don't feel like driving? Instead of hailing a taxi, suggest to use 'Grab', myCar and Mula apps services to hail a car for a more reasonable price fare. Suggest you can use Grab / Mycar apps for a reasonably priced trip. - the cost for airport transfer per trip shall not be above rm85. Recommended to use MyCar / Grab as cheaper alternative (rm70-75 include toll charges). *MRT / LRT / KTM - Taman Pertama MRT station - 500 meters away - Recommended for single travellers. *Bus* - Bus Station - 300 meters away - Less recommended as it is time consuming *Private cars - with / without drivers - Please contact host for more details. HOUSE RULES: 1. Guests will be given 1 set of keys with access cards. A penalty of RM100 for any lost keys and RM200 for the access card. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. Excessive cleaning of RM200 will be charged to freshen the unit if there are ciggie smells in the unit. Guests are allowed to smoke at the balcony with the door closed. 3. No Durian in the house. Excessive cleaning of RM200 will be charged to freshen the unit if there are durian smells. 4. Please take off your shoes before entering the apartment. 5. No Drugs and excessive alcohol consumption. Drug is highly prohibited in the country and will be penalised with death sentence. We may ask the guests to leave if we found guests are highly intoxicating. 6. Parties and events are not encouraged. Please lower down the noise level after 10pm. 7. Kitchen Cleaning Kindly wash the dishes and clean the cookware once used. 8. Please dispose the trash to the refuse chamber (rubbish room) which located at the end corner of the same floor. 9. There will be charges for excessive cleaning for stubborn stains on bedsheets, quilt cover, sofa, bed, mattress, carpet, etc if needed. 10. Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability. An advance notice is required. 11. Visitors must leave premise by 10pm. We will charge visitors whom stay after 10pm. Only a maximum of 2 visitors are allowed. 12. No PETS allowed. 13.
