Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Paraty is a fantastic 4-bedroom villa affording a prime location in Corcovada, near the well known Strip of Albufeira, famous for restaurants and bars. With a private swimming pool and an incredibly central location, this modern property is ideal for those looking for a relaxed, car-free holiday. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 twin bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom and lovely balconies with relaxing pool views. The 4th bedroom (twin) and 3rd bathroom are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and breakfast bar. A spacious living / dining room with large comfortable sofas allow you to lounge with a view outside to the swimming pool. Villa Paraty also provides free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and TV. Outside, the pool deck with a private swimming pool invites you to jump in and relax in the sun. A brick barbeque allows for summer grilling to be enjoyed with family and friends by the pool. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and automatic gate leading to the parking facilities. The large garden has grassy areas and plants that surround the house. Villa Paraty is in the Corcovada area of Albufeira. Ideal for family groups or friends, it’s within short walking distance of all nearby amenities including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Praia da Oura or Praia de Santa Eulália) is within about a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just an 8-minute drive away. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
