The farm house was built in 1865 of local sand stone, and is set in a largish garden with extensive rural views, and across the Bay to Dawlish. We also have a down stairs en-suite double/twin room. Other room options available (single and family ), please enquire. Also small self catering unit. (2 people) Dedicated guest lounge with open fire for the chillier evenings. Lovely guest garden with far reaching views. We live on the farm (not a working farm), we keep horses, chickens and have a friendly cat, and 2 lively Jack Russell's. We are in a quiet rural position, overlooking Lyme Bay, and with the centre of Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton 5 min. drive away. The old railway line, now a dedicated foot and cycle way, is at the bottom of our field. The South West Coast Path/Jurassic Coast path is approx. 15 min. walk away. Coastal as well as rural inland walking is plentiful. We are happy to suggest possible routes. Leisure pursuits on the water is very accessible. Bicton Garden, Bicton Arena, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Otter Mill, Topsham, River Cruise, Powderham Castle.
