Hey there! We are Julio and Marghe, two Italian professionals living in the lovely Broughton Park area. We have a stylish and modern duplex flat, just renovated, cosy and peaceful. It is part of our home but still entirely private; you have independent access via the garden. Our home is conveniently located just 5-10 min by bus from Manchester City Centre and opposite Kersal Dale, a splendid nature reserve next to the River Irwell: a great place to relax, walk and enjoy nature. Our flat has been designed primarily to host our families when visiting from Italy so we paid the max attention to details to create an enjoyable yet discrete space. It has a large fully fitted kitchen and bright living area + a spacious double bedroom with en-suite modern bathroom. Complimentary Toiletries and Free Wi-Fi available. Our guests have access via the garden so are free to come and go as they please. Guests will have a separate set of keys and codes to get in and out our plot at their own convenience. We are on hand and available at very short notice should you need anything during your stay. We will meet and greet you on arrival if you let us know your estimated time. During your stay we are on hand and in the other wing of the house if you need anything. Quiet and peaceful area in Broughton Park area, in the hearth of Manchester Jewish community. CCTV cameras and coded accessto the property for max security. Buses to City centre are frequent and bus stop is just on top of the road, 2 min walk away. Off road free parking is available 24/7
