Villa with Pool and Winery in Chianti

The Villa of the Ugolini farmhouse consists of 5 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests, ideal for more families, even large ones. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. While on the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed and we offer the possibility of having extra beds for younger children. The attic has a sofa overlooking the entire valley and the vineyards of the property. The ground floor and the upper floor are in communication with an external staircase. In the kitchen, fully equipped with the main services and utensils for all guests, there is an electric oven, a microwave oven, a moka coffee maker and is also fully equipped to prepare important dinners and lunches. Outside there is a very large barbecue area with all the necessary tools for professional "barbecues"! For the guests of the villa we provide laundry service and on request our staff can organize cooking classes, Winetastings, Chianti tours and the most important places of interest in Tuscany. Also on request it is possible to book beauty treatments and massages. For guests of the villa it is possible to buy the farm's agricultural products, the prestigious Ugolini wines and Extra Virgin olive oil at a discount. Guests have access to parking, cellars and tasting rooms, swimming pool and restaurant. Outside there are tables and relaxation areas where you can take a break in total tranquility. Inside the property you can take walks in the open, the vineyards, the vegetable gardens and the woods are available to guests. Casale Ugolini is located in a magical place! DIRECTION FROM MILANO “A1” - NORTH ITALY Take "A1" motorway direction to "Bologna" and from "Bologna" follow the direction to "Rome". At your arrival in the Florence area, exit at "Firenze Scandicci". After the toll booth you need to turn right and follow for the highway "S.C.G. Fi-Pi-Li" direction "Pisa- Livorno" for about 15 km. At the highway exit "Ginestra Fiorentina", turn right following the sign "Ginestra 1".and follow the sign "Montespertoli S.P.80". Go about 8 km until you come to the small village "Baccaiano". When the road ends, turn right again - direction Montespertoli. DIRECTION FROM ROME “A1” - SOUTH ITALY Take "A1" motorway direction to "Bologna". After the toll booth go straight - direction "Firenze S.C.G.". After about 55 Km, you need to exit at "Ginestra Fiorentina". At the highway exit "Ginestra Fiorentina", turn right following the sign "Ginestra 1" and follow the sign "Montespertoli S.P.80". Go about 8 km until you come to the small village "Baccaiano". When the road ends, turn right again - direction Montespertoli. DIRECTION FROM FLORENCE AIRPORT "A. VESPUCCI" - DISTANCE BY CAR ABOUT 45 MINUTES. Exit from the airport and take the direction to "A11" direction "Lucca" or "Pisa" and exit in Florence North and take motorway "A1" direction "Rome". In the motorway "A1", exit in "Firenze Signa". After the toll booth you need to turn right and follow for the highway "S.C.G. Fi-Pi-Li" direction "Pisa- Livorno" for about 15 km. At the highway exit "Ginestra Fiorentina", bear right and at the first roundabout and follow the sign "Montespertoli S.P.80" and at the next roundabout turn right towards Montespertoli (S.P.80). Go about 8 km until you come to the small village "Baccaiano". When the road ends, turn right again - direction Montespertoli. NEAREST AIRPORT Florence "Vespucci": 45 minutes by car. Pisa "G.
