Charming house with fantastic salted pool/hot tub

This house is our main home and is located in a village 10 mins drive from buzzing Montpellier/Odysseum(shopping mall) and 15 mins drive from the wild beaches of the area. The A9 motorway is accessible from our village which makes it super easy to go around. There are plenty of things to do/visit in our area but you can also choose to relax by the salt water pool & spa... Our home is a 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms house on 1200 square meter of land with salt-water swimming pool and Jacuzzi which can accommodate 8-10 guests. It is very charming and we know you will love it! It is the perfect place to enjoy the sun as we have a large garden and amazing outdoor entertainment area. Bedroom arrangements are as follow: - playroom with converted sofa bed on the ground floor - double bedroom with king size bed upstairs - child room where the beds can be made as two singles or a double bed (truckle bed) - pink room where there is a queen size bed - a baby cot can be added on request The strongest point of our house is its outdoor living areas. We have a 11x4,5m salt-water swimming pool complete with a beach style platform. We have just installed a Jacuzzi too on its own wooden platform (can be used between April and October) . The area is all terraced and gated for safety. There is a lounge area, a BBQ, a gas plancha, 6 sun loungers and 2 foldables ones, an outdoor kitchen with sink, dishwasher, 2 electric hob, fridge/freezer and even a toilet. We have a terrace in front of the house with view over the garden where you can dine. Our house is the best for outdoor living! Our home is 150 square meter, you will find a lounge with a fireplace and a Samsung Art TV, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen (gas hubs, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher) on the ground floor along with a bedroom (playroom), bathroom and toilet. The washing machine, dryer and freezer are located in the garage. Upstairs are located the remaining 3 bedrooms and a brand new bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and bath. Please note that the aircon is installed only on the ground floor. Guests will have access to the entire property except for one cupboard/room As we rent our home when we go on holidays, chances is we will not meet but don't worry, you will be sent details to self check-in or you will be greeted by my lovely parents or our friendly housekeeper Cathy . They leave 10-20 minutes away and will be pleased to help you though they speak little English... Our neighbours speak English and will be happy to help you too. We will be recheachable through our phones. Our home is located in a residential area of Baillargues. From here you can easily walk to bakery, butcher, newsagent, florist and medical care. Within 5 minutes drive you will find supermarket, petrol station, restaurants.... Our home is best suited for guests with a car (it can be rented at the airport, in the center of Montpellier or even in Baillargues) even though there is a bus stop that will take you to Montpellier easily. Our town is located 15 kms from Montpellier and its airport/train station and 20 kms from the wild beaches of Languedoc Roussillon. There are plenty of things to do and see in our area: - Historical cities: Nimes, Aigues-Morte, Arles, Sete, Avignon, Aix -en Provence, Carcassonne, Marseille - Beach resorts: Carnon, Palavas-les-flots, La Grande-Motte, Le Grau-du-roi - Places to see: Camargue and its wild bulls/horses/flamingos, Pont du gard, Espiguette wild beach, St Guilhem le desert and the cirque of Navacelles, Pic Saint-Loup, Saintes-Maries de la mer, Canal du midi, Salagou lake, Etang de Thau for oysters, National park of Cevennes, Les Beaux-de-provence, African reserve of Sigean, Caves... On site parking: one car can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. The rest of the cars can park in the street. Please note that swimming pools are highly regulated in France. Ours is gated and the door should be kept closed at all times. Be particularly vigilant with children and do not let them play alone even if they know how to swim... As we are in a residential area, this is not a party house and loud music shouldn't be playing past midnight. We love our neighbours and would like them to still love us at our return.
