This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open plan home has fully furnished and equipped bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas to comfortably house up to 12 guests. Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a KING BED, walk-in robe and en-suite with double basin and shower. All other bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are furnished with side tables and lamps. Bedding: Our beds are made with Sheridan sheets, Sheridan quilts and premium cotton quilt covers for a contemporary home. Not to mention the 3 layer duck down/duck feather pillows. Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double & single bed Bedroom 4: Double & single bed Living area: Double sofa bed Lounge Room: Fitted with a corner chaise, studio sofa, coffee table and 70 inch smart TV. Kitchen: The kitchen has a walk in pantry, microwave, oven, gas cooktop, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and is stocked with Pyro Stone cookware, Breville appliances and 10 seat dining table. We also provide a coffee machine with complimentary pods ☕️ Laundry: Easy use front load washing machine, front load clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Infants: We know how organized mums are but if you run out of space in the car don’t worry. You will find a quality portacot, change table, high chair, baby bath, plastic plates, bowls and utensils located within our home. Parking: There is a 2 car garage and ample parking space at the front of our property. Finding a parking space will not be an issue. Backyard: We have a large, fenced and secure backyard easily accessed from the front of the property to store a boat, caravan or vehicles. For our guests enjoyment, we offer full access to the entire house. You will also be provided with fresh linen including bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels and bath mat at no extra cost.
