You can rent my place for ROOM ONLY OR for the ENTIRE HOUSE. The price may differ based on your inquirement: which room you use, how many rooms you use, how many people will staying, how long will you staying etc. Feel free to tell me your inquiry. The price is also negotiable. I occasionally give special offer to my guest, whether it’s a free service, free extra bed, free extra room, or even free extra night for staying! The house has 4 bedrooms (AC): • Master Bedroom + Private Shower (1 queen size bed + 1 single bed with pull out under bed mattress, 1 dresser, 1 makeup vanity) • Second Bedroom ( 1 queen size bed, 1 dresser) • Third Bedroom (1 single size bed with pull out under bed mattress, 1 dresser) • Fourth Bedroom (1 queen size bed) • Maid / Driver Bedroom • Maid / Driver Bathroom Common Space (Air Conditioned): • Spacious living room with sofa set • Dinning area with dinning table eqipped with cutlery • Cable TV (indihome) • High Speed WIFI • Kitchen equipped basic kitchen utensils • Refrigerator • Water dispenser with water gallon • 4 Bathroom with water heater shower • Washing machine & laundry area Carport (1 car only) but if you have more than 1 car staying, you can park outside the house. The road infront of the house is 10m wide. CCTV area. I always welcome my guest by myself at the property. I’m available by phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) or if you need me physically I’ll come to the property to happily help you. I live around 5km from the property 2 Indomaret, 1 Alfamidi (they sell meat, vegetables, fruit, cutlery, more complete than Indomaret) Please read my House Rule. By the time you booked my place, I assume all the people who will staying already agreed on my House Rule.
