This 2-story villa is situated in the historic city centre of Praiano in the Amalfi Coast, a beautiful spot just 4 Km away from Positano. It benefits from an excellent panoramic position with a spectacular view over Positano and the entire coast. It is in the city centre, but in the quieter and more peaceful part of Praiano, where you will have no trouble finding a parking space. The house dates back to 1600 and was the home of the famous Praiano-born painter Bernardo Della Lama. The bus stop and a grocery shop are closed to the villa. Both the interior and exterior of the building feature splendid decorations accomplished by the said painter, on the ceilings and on the entrance gate which bears the Della Lama family coat of arms. The villa is especially suited to customers looking for peace and quiet of the Amalfi Coast and who will respond to the historical and artistic charm of the dwelling itself. It is composed of: ground floor: one double bedroom, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a hairdryer, one living room with double divan bed, dining table for 6 persons and satellite tv, one fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine microwave, one terrace with table and chairs. First floor: 1 double bedroom with access to the second terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. The ceilings of the living room and one bedroom are frescoed. The pool is open from the beginning of May till the end of October and the area is furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs.
