Welcome to this fully furnished apartment (900 sq ft) in Los Gatos. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to downtown, it is an easy commute to Silicon Valley (near Hwy 85 and 17/880). About a 7 minute drive to downtown Los Gatos The unit has a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and a washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided. There is a closet and dresser for you to store your things. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, espresso coffee maker, electric stove and oven, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. The bathroom has a shower, blow dryer, shampoo and body wash. The flat screen TV comes with Roku. Outdoors there is a pool and BBQ area. You can also use the outdoor putting green to practice your skills. There is a park within 100 yards that has a public tennis court. The apartment has its own separate entrance for maximum privacy. The main house is just above the apartment and I will be more than happy to provide any assistance as needed. This neighborhood is quiet surrounded by native oak trees. There is open space behind the house so you have the feeling of being in nature. And there is a walking trail near the house that leads to a park/tennis court Close to all major highways. 3 mile drive to the VTA light rail which takes you directly to SAP Center Home of San Jose Sharks or Levi's Stadium Home of 49ers . There is plenty of parking across the VTA station. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible as well Santa Cruz is a 20 mile drive and San Francisco is about a 40 mile drive The location is ideal for a couple to enjoy some quiet time away. Also good for business professionals, with easy access to multiple freeways, highways and a light rail station. It is near major tech company HQs (Netflix, Roku, Barracuda Networks, eBay, Apple, etc). Not a great fit for children
