Fantastic bush view and bird songs wake you up every morning. Neat, quiet and sunny house will make your trip an unique experience. Private room or the entire place for you to choose. While in the middle of a green forest still close to the city centre, only 20 mins driving to the heart of Wellington. Park and ride a train also handy. Less than 10 mins walk to cafe and shops. Secured fast speed wifi through our whole house. Downstairs music room free for our guest to enjoy a relax time alone. Our house is in quite neighbourhood, small little garden at front and a sunny balcony deck with great view. Spacious and bright living room with open kitchen space equiped with TV and wifi access. Both room have heater. Downstairs has a music/movie room and an art studio, equiped with tea set and coffee machine, free for our guest to use. Guest can access bathroom, living room,kitchen and music/movie room. Art studio at request. Happy to help our guest with local tips. Welcome any questions, please communicate with us to ensure you will have a nice stay. Flexible check-in just ask me. If you stay a bit longer than check out time can be arranged if I don’t have a guest. Tap water is drinkable. Large parking area, but off street parking is safe as well. Although I welcome family with children to stay, I didn’t provide portable cot and high chair. Our house is it safe for infants.
