Family house by the sea

The last 11 years I spend my vacations at this house. It's a 3 - bedroom house with all the necessary equipment a family needs. There are two external areas for relaxing and playing and a small balcony. There is also a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. With a good company and some books you forget everyday life! Vourvourou is located in Sithonia, Halkidiki, 1.5 hours from Thessaloniki. One can visit many tourist places in Chalkidiki the same day. It is located near Mount Athos, whose monasteries are only accessible by men. Women have the opportunity to tour around the Mount Athos peninsula with organized day trips by boat from the Ormos Panagias area. All the spaces of the house are accessible. Wheelchairs can only be accessed on the ground floor.. Generally, we do not live close to the house . However, there will be instructions at home either for short trips or for the house itself or for an emergency. Our phone will be available and we will try to serve our guests whenever required. The house is 70 meters away from the beach. Near the house there are cafes, taverns and supermarkets The journey to Vourvourou takes place by car or by taxi, either by car or by bus. There is a bus stop near the house. The house has 1-2 car parking. Note that: 1) The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located in a single room separated only by height. The third bedroom is located in the attic and is connected to the 2nd bedroom with internal open staircase. 2) Smoking is prohibited inside the house. 3) Parties or events that may disturb neighbors are forbidden. 4) Illegal filming inside the house is prohibited.
