Everything newly refurbished and on newest standards with Wifi and USB sockets. A patio outside provides a lovely outdoor area for breakfasts or BBQ's in the sunshine. Parking is available in King Street, Duke Street or the Community Centre car park close to the property. All parking is free in Lostwithiel. The host only lives 10 minutes away and will always pop by to say hello Lostwithiel is a small and very pretty Cornish town with a very friendly community. River Fowey paths, park and playground in walking distance. Restormel castle, Lanhydrock, The Eden Project, Fowey and Polkerris Beach can be reached within 15-20 drive. All coastal walks around the South Coast are highly to recommend. Lanhydrock, Cardinham Woods provide famous cycle and walking trails, Polkerris Beach is a good family harbour town with a lovely Restaurant and pub
