Parking for 6 vehicles, all bedrooms have a smart TV and orthopaedic matresses. An ideal base to explore, this area has some amazing coastal walks along the Wirral's beautiful, sandy coastline. The peninsula boasts 12 golf courses including the Royal Liverpool at Hoylake. No smoking. This property is decorated to a very high standard and we have attempted to ensure that you have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The property has four bedrooms and the rear lounge has a modern very comfy bed settee sleeps 2 to 10 guests. We can accommodate one well behaved dog. Guests have full access to the property and 3 acres of secure garden. Access is through electric gates with secure coded keypad. The property is also alarmed and monitored. If you require anything at all you can call us anytime and we will do our upmost to assist you. If you don't want to travel far there is the local White Lion pub 5 mins walk where they serve great food, variety of local beers and a lovely family atmosphere. Dogs are allowed in the beer garden. Parkgate is a fantastic place where you will find great bars and restaurants with a fantastic view over to Wales. The Welsh Road and M53 are on your doorstep and Chester Zoo, Lady Lever Art Gallery, Ness Gardens, Chester Racecourse, Liverpool/Ferry Across the Mersey and the largest designer outlet Cheshire Oaks all within 25 minutes drive. The property has fire safety in place including carbon monoxide detectors, smoke/heat detectors and emergency lighting also fire extinguishers and fire blanket in the kitchen and for use outside when using the barbecue or chimenea.
