Complete with a ground floor King Bedroom with 1/2 bath attached. Full bathroom with stand up shower with separate bath tub overlooking the stream. Upstairs additional sleeping with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Perfect home for a couple looking for a quiet getaway or a family looking to unwind in the country. This home has a private pool that is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Enjoy Walking the country lane with Poets Ledge Trail Head right down the street. You will also have Access to A Tiny House Resort: a 15min drive away where you can explore our 40 acres, hike along the catskill creek, visit our farm friends including Goats, Sheep, Chickens and Ducks. Grab a Bite to eat from our food truck and spend the afternoon exploring. Nestled off Katterskill Falls, amazing hiking on block trail head, close to H.I.T.S. large deck overlooking stream, waterfall located off on property walk. We are good dog friendly, a $50 pet fee applies. We do not allow Cats in this home.
